Joining an online session

The center of your dashboard will show your calendar.

When you first log in, this will say 'no events to display'.

Once you have booked a session, you will see it on your dashboard's calendar.

By clicking on the title of your session, you will see this pop-up:

If you click on 'Test audio and video', you can enter the test classroom to check that your device's camera and webcam are working. This test classroom does not have whiteboard/presentation capabilities as it is not designed for this purpose. Please note that students cannot enter a test session.

A few minutes before your session is due to start, an additional button will appear stating 'Open online classroom'

Please carefully select 'Open online classroom' as only this option will allow you to meet with your student.
