Deleting a Scheduled Session
Scheduled sessions can be deleted by tutors or coaches if they take place more than fifteen minutes in the future. It is not possible to edit or cancel a session which has already started.
To cancel or delete a scheduled session, please follow these steps:
Open your dashboard and click 'Schedule'
Click the session that you wish to cancel:
Please note: if you have a touch screen device, you may need to hold your finger down for several seconds.
Click 'cancel session' to delete the booking:
If the session is part of a recurring booking, you will see this option:
You can use this to choose whether to cancel the selected booking only, or all future sessions in the recurring booking.
