Scheduling an 'out of hours' session
When you first log into your account, you will see the dashboard.
Press 'schedule' to open the scheduling tool:
You will then see your schedule:
If you have multiple students or groups, press on 'all groups' to open a menu and select specific students and groups.
You can press or click and drag on the calendar space to input a session.
An out-of-hours session would be outside of the times of 8am-8pm on weekdays.
The grey areas on your calendar will show these times that are considered out-of-hours:
When you click to book an out-of-hours session, you'll see this pop up with this message:
If you have multiple pairings or groups, please click on the downwards arrow next to the group/pairing name to switch between your students.
You can also tick 'recurring' to make several bookings at once.
Once you press save, your booking will appear as a grey block on your calendar:
An automatic message will be sent to our team and we will approve the session once we have spoken with your student(s).
If you wish to book an out-of-hours session, you must schedule this on the platform with at least 48 hours notice to allow our team the time to approve the session.
You and your student(s) will receive an automated email to confirm whether your session has been approved or denied.
If you are booking a recurring out-of-hours session, it is advised that you speak to your University Access Officer, the Group Tuition Team, or your Coaching Coordinator ahead of making your booking on The Access Hub.
