Messaging on The Access Hub
When you first log into your account, you will see the dashboard page:
To send a message, press 'inbox'
You will now see the 'Mail' page.
Click 'compose', and then the little arrow on the 'add recipients' box to select your student(s).
If you have multiple students, please check that the group, pairing or coaching pairing code is correct for the student you wish to contact.
You will then be able to click 'To' next to the student(s) name to add them as a recipient.
Add a subject, and type your message into the text box. You can use the band at the top of the text box to format your message and add elements such as images and links. You can also use the area below the text box to add a file to your message.
Once you press 'send', your recipient will receive an email notification to let them know that they have a message.
To reply to a message, you need to click on it in your inbox, and then press 'reply':
To view any of these images on full screen, please click on them.
