Scheduling a session

When you first log into your account, you will see the dashboard.

Press 'schedule' to open the scheduling tool:

You will then see your schedule in a calendar format:

If you have multiple students or groups, click on 'all groups' to open a menu and select specific students or groups.

You can press or click and drag on the calendar space to input a session.

This will open a 'create session' tool to create a session:

If you have multiple pairings or groups, please click on the downwards arrow next to the group/pairing name at the top of the tool to switch between your students.

Give the session a name and a start and end time. You can also tick 'recurring' to make several bookings at once.

Once you press save, your booking will appear as a coloured block on your calendar:

Your session will also appear on the calendar on your dashboard page:

When you have booked a session, you and your student(s) will receive an email notification that the session has been booked.

When it's time to enter your session, press on the name of the booking (i.e in the image above, you would press on 'Example session').

You will then see this pop up:

Press 'open online classroom' to start your session.

If you wish to open a test classroom ahead of your session to test your camera and microphone, you can press 'test audio and video'. This will open a private session in the online classroom where you can test your audio and webcam. A test classroom session is not recorded.

Please note that your student(s) cannot enter a test classroom.
